The theme of our third DW on the Road event will be a look at a number of hot topics including sustainability, what ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) looks like in 2025, the welfare of event organisers and some of the future trends and much more.

Featuring an inspiring and insightful group of discussions from industry voices including Lucy Nicholls (The PS Events Group), Jo Austin (Lime Venue Portfolio), Fidelis Navas, Community Director (Warwickshire Country Cricket Club), and Diane Thompson (The Delegate Wranglers) - all hosted by the wonderful Alistair Turner (Eight PR) This is a chance to not only look at the current state of the industry, but also to discuss and understand how we design, imagine, and create our events in the future.
The third in a series of educationally led meet ups for the Delegate Wranglers community, these events aren’t just educational, they’re interesting and fun. The day will have a number of inspiration points, from the way the event has been designed, the food we put on the table, to howyou can use the stunning setting of the Xcelerate with Edgbaston & Edgbaston Stadium, for your events.
An inspirational menu will form part of the day’s agenda, with networking and Q&A sessions scheduled throughout. The day will include a fantastic tour of the facilities and even the cookery school and more.

Talking about events in and around sport; brand activations, business events, conferences, gala dinners and parties. What they can teach us about social impact
