In the latest DW on the Road series, we return to London—courtesy of Tottenham Hotspur Stadium—to explore how AI, Wellbeing, and the Safety and Security of delegates are shaping the event experience. Are these trends enhancing events, or presenting new challenges? Have your say, or simply listen in.
Once again, The Delegate Wranglers are bringing together a diverse mix of voices—industry experts, seasoned professionals, and the next generation of event leaders—to share insights, challenge ideas, and help shape what’s next for our industry.
And afterwards, to demonstrate how events can be better, we're going RACING! We are going to be sampling 'F1® DRIVE - London ' - The Official F1 Electric Karting Experience!!
Featuring an inspiring and insightful group of discussions from industry voices, this is a chance to not only look at the current state of the industry, but also to discuss and understand how we design, imagine, and create our events in the future.
The fourth in a series of educationally led meet ups for The Delegate Wranglers community, these events aren’t just educational, they’re interesting and fun. The day will have a number of inspiration points, from the way the event has been designed, the food we put on the table, to how you can use the stunning setting of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, for your events.
And afterwards we'll all be taking the wheel in the capital's most thrilling experience, racing bespoke F1®-inspired karts with DRS technology, engine sounds, and an 18cm LED steering wheel display across an exciting track layout - and because it's electric, it's super sustainable too!
Lights out, and away we go!!
