The Delegate Wranglers hit the road for the very last time in 2025 — and central Birmingham is our final destination.

Once again, we look to the future, and our theme is Make it Count! It’s about audience insight, powered by some of the most exciting and influential voices in the events industry. As we close out 2025 and look ahead to the year to come, our all-star line-up will spark the conversations that really matter.

And in a nod to our generous hosts, we’ll be exploring the One, Two, Three… of the Future of Events.
That’s the first step in Making it Count.

The Delegate Wranglers Ltd

Featuring an inspiring and insightful group of discussions from industry voices, this is a chance to not only look at the current state of the industry, but also to discuss and understand how we design, imagine, and create our events in the future.

The final of these educationally led meet ups in 2025 for The Delegate Wranglers community, these events aren’t just educational, they’re interesting and fun. The day will have a number of inspiration points, from the way the event has been designed, the food we put on the table, to how you can use the stunning setting of the ICC Birmingham, for your events.

And we've designed it so you can attend, if you're a hosted buyer at CHS Birmingham, or you can come just for this event.

* If you're not already attending CHS Birmingham, we can even pass your details onto them, to see if you can qualify as a hosted buyer and receive accommodation on the night of 27 October too!

There will also be the opportunity for a show-round of the venue
- either before or after the event.
