The Delegate Wranglers are hitting the road for the very first time in 2026 — and we are exciting to be heading back to London!

‘Supercharge Your 2026’, taking place at the QEII Centre on 5 February 2026, will gather venue leaders, chefs, organisers and commentators for a fast-paced afternoon of insight and debate.

The Delegate Wranglers and Lime Venue Portfolio are joining forces to unpack the key trends shaping 2026, as their DW on the Road series returns with a new edition focused on food innovation, sustainability and changing delegate behaviour.

The sixth of these educationally led meet ups over the last couple of years for The Delegate Wranglers community, these events aren’t just educational, they’re interesting and fun. The day will have a number of inspiration points, from the way the event has been designed, the food we put on the table, to how you can use the stunning setting of the QEII Centre, for your events.

At the end of the session, we'll all be joining the talented chefs at the QEII for an exclusive Kimchi Masterclass and unlock the secrets behind this iconic Korean dish. Learn how to ferment, season, and create bold flavours that nourish both body and mind. Expect expert tips, fresh ingredients, and plenty of inspiration to take home.

There will also be the opportunity for a show-round of the venue
- either before or after the event.
